Challenge

To provide a market analysis and to develop a marketing strategy for the U.S. market.

Solution

LA NPDT started with defining the target audience and surveying potential customers and partners. The target market was extensively researched and evaluated. Then the Team analyzed the competition and defined strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats using the SWOT analysis technique. The marketing and the pricing strategies were developed. A step-by-step instructions for social reach were written.

The Result

The market research results and the marketing strategy delivered by LA NPDT helped Syscolab in planning their expansion to the U.S. market. The Syscolab’s Invention Stimulator kit will help educate children, encourage creativity, and foster their love to science.
