From a store clerk to a woman of the year
Nanci Smith is the founder of Nanciland Innovations and the inventor of The Stealth Shaft Support, a product that helps men maintain an erection during sexual intercourse. Before starting her own company, Nanci was a clerk at a local adult store. It was there that she realized there was a need for a product like The Stealth Shaft Support.
Nanci partnered with our team to design and prototype her idea. Today, The Stealth Shaft Support is recognized as the novelty item of the year by AVN Expo and Venus Adult News, and has received several XBIZ nominations. Nanci herself has been named the Woman of the Year by XBIZ.
Thanks to Nanci’s vision and determination, what started as an idea has turned into a successful business. She is an inspiration to women entrepreneurs everywhere.
