A web development services company builds the site your business logic actually needs — custom functionality, integrations and performance that themes cannot deliver.

This project was a full custom build: designed pages, developed functionality, and the integrations the client's operations depended on.

The client

The client for this project, Tony Lytle, is an inventor of the “Original” Doggie Fountain from Larwill, Indiana, USA. Mr. Lytle approached our professional web development services company when he needed to create a website landing page design. His upgraded Doggie Fountain called Pawcet required a webpage for further promotion. The latest version of the outdoor water fountain for pets is the result of the new partnership between Mr. Lytle and Quirky and Viatek.

The challenge

pawcet, original doggie fountain, pet product website, pet product development, never have a thirsty dog again?
The main goal for our professional web development company was to make an illustrative and engaging website landing page design. A website that would reflect the identity of the Pawcet fountain, as well as the fruitful collaboration of Mr. Lytle with his partners. Now they are working together towards moving the Pawcet into the mainstream to make thirsty dogs a thing of the past!

Our solution

Firstly, our professional web development company identified the current target market. We studied their preferences, likes, and dislikes. After our team gained enough critical insights from them, we then were able to build a website landing page design tailored to fit Pawcet’s customers perfectly. Everything from the font and colors we selected to videos and graphics is there to introduce, engage, and excite customers to the progress of the Doggie Fountain to the Pawcet.

The result

As a new product with a great future, the pet product website designed certainly pays homage to the Doggie Fountain. As the “original” and “ground-breaking” product it is respectfully noted throughout the website. The new Pawcet is ready and set to continue the Doggie Fountain’s orginal mission of keeping dogs well hydrated all the time. Beat the heat with your dog and buy a Pawcet!

A website is a sales tool, not a brochure

Most business sites are built around the org chart instead of the buyer's question. Visitors land, cannot tell within five seconds whether the company solves their problem, and leave. We structure pages around the questions that precede a purchase, and we measure whether the site actually produces inquiries.

What the build included

We designed a page system rather than one-off layouts, so new services and case studies can be added without a developer. Performance was treated as a requirement — compressed and correctly sized images, minimal scripts — and analytics with form tracking was configured at launch so the client can see which pages generate contact.

Frequently asked questions

Can our team edit the site?

Yes. Content is managed through a CMS and we train your staff on it as part of delivery.

Do you handle hosting?

We can host and maintain, or deploy to your provider and hand over the keys.

How much do web development services cost?

Business sites generally run $6,000 to $35,000 depending on page count, custom functionality and content production.

What custom web development buys you

  1. 1. Scope the functionality before the pages

Forms, calculators, portals and integrations are the build. Page count is the easy part. Projects go wrong when functionality is discovered halfway through.

  2. 2. Integrate with the systems you already run

CRM, email platforms, payment and inventory — a website that does not talk to your existing tools creates double entry. Integrations are scoped at the start.

  3. 3. Build for speed as a feature

Page speed affects rankings and conversion measurably. Performance is an engineering target set at build time, not a plugin installed afterward.

  4. 4. Hand over something maintainable

Documented code, a CMS your team can operate, and clean structure for the next developer. A site only the original developer can touch is a liability.

How much do web development services cost?

Custom business sites typically run $5,000 to $40,000 depending on functionality and integrations. Application-style builds with portals or tools scope higher.

How long does a custom website take to build?

Six to fourteen weeks for most projects. Content and integration complexity set the schedule more than page count does.

Can you rebuild our existing site without losing SEO?

Yes — with URL preservation, 301 redirects and metadata carried over. This site itself is an example: a full platform migration with rankings preserved.
