What the client said
★★★★★
“Konstantin has been so amazing and his entire team is A+. I researched and interviewed many product development companies across the country and ultimately decided on LA NPDT... and I'm so glad I did.
The attention to detail and overall effort has been exactly what I needed and then some. I look forward to moving on to many more phases of this process with Konstantin and his team. If you are looking for a company to help you bring your product to life, look no further!”

Questions about this project
Straight answers from the engineers who ran the build. Have a different question? Ask us directly.
Talk to an engineerWhat did LA NPDT actually do on Burple?
Everything between the patent drawing and the product on sale: industrial design and engineering, silicone prototypes tested by real parents, design for manufacturing, tooling and first-run production oversight, children's safety certification support, the Burple name and logo, packaging, photography and video, and the e-commerce website. One team, one point of contact. Tell us where your product sits today and we will map the same path for it.
How does a patent drawing become a manufactured product?
We re-drew the concept in CAD as a real part — wall thicknesses, shore hardness, draft, parting lines — then printed and cast prototypes parents wore during actual feedings. Each round tightened comfort, spill capture and cleaning. Only after the shape was proven did we cut tooling and supervise the first batch. Send us your patent or sketch and we will quote the engineering step.
How was children's product safety handled?
Baby products sold in the US need testing at a CPSC-accepted lab and a Children's Product Certificate. We chose materials that could pass, prepared the documentation, coordinated the lab work and the client received the certificate before launch. If you are entering the baby category, ask us for the certification checklist during your first call.
Can you run the same full turnkey program for my baby or consumer product?
Yes — turnkey is our core offer: design, engineering, prototyping, manufacturing, brand, packaging and launch under one contract. Share your idea and we come back with a phased plan, cost range and timeline, usually within one business day.

More of our work

Apparel Prototyping: Kool Pressions Therapeutic Compression Leggings
Rhonda Young came to LA NPDT with a concept for patterned therapeutic compression leggings with exposed toes and heels. We designed the garment, engineered the compression, and produced custom-printed high-fidelity prototypes she could use to validate the idea.

Silicone Prototyping: Clean Fingers Shellfish Eating Glove
Megain and Tineaia Comanche came to LA NPDT with an idea for a three-finger sleeve that keeps your thumb, index and middle fingers clean while peeling crawfish and shrimp. We designed the ergonomics, selected the material, and delivered functional silicone prototypes they could test with real users.

QikPedi Step – Home Spa Product Design, Manufacturing, Marketing
HSR’s founder experienced the drawbacks and inconvenience of the traditional nail care. While taking care of his nails, he realized that doing pedicure at home requires awkward positioning, tool organization, and a lot of effort. He decided to change this by introducing QikPedi Step, a multi-functio
