LA NPDT is not based in Dallas. Our engineers work from Ruston, Louisiana, and serve Dallas clients remotely: shared CAD, a weekly review with the engineer doing the work, prototypes in one to two days, and travel when a project genuinely needs someone in the room. The "LA" in our name is Louisiana.
Dallas is about four hours from our shop and in the same time zone, so a same-day answer is normal and a site visit is a drive rather than a flight.

What does not change is who does the work: practising mechanical, electrical, firmware and software engineers, not account managers passing files to subcontractors.
