JJ’S Boot Jack is the best BOOT PULLER available. It’s specifically designed to suit any style and personality in the family.
Challenge
The challenge was to develop a manufacturing process design (DFM design) and improve the initial prototype built by JJ’s Boot Jack. Together we outlined product and brand goals, which guided the entire process. We also indentified the product’s market potential and developed an overall brand identity geared to potential customers.
Solution
After we conducted a thorough market research, we identified the product’s key qualities, advantages, and potential. These customer-driven insights helped us to improve the initial boot jack design for production further. These improvements obtained the needed results in end-user performance and made the product’s manufacturing process design more cost-effective.
We created an appealing brand identity starting from packaging, social media, sell sheets, web-based advertisement, up to the responsive e-commerce website which ensures the customers can purchase their beloved boot jacks with ease.
The Result
We are currently contacting western wear retailers and implementing further customer outreach efforts for feedback on the new boot jacks.
